CAPERNAUM PLACE

Safe Housing • Christ-Centered Mentorship • Lasting Hope

When the foster-care clock runs out, nobody should face homelessness alone.
Capernaum Place offers apartments, life-skills coaching, and biblically based mentoring for 18- to 24-year-olds so they can launch into adulthood with confidence and purpose.

Why This Matters

By age 21, approximately 26 % of aged‑out foster youth experience homelessness; only 50 % are employed by age 24; fewer than 3 % earn a college degree.

Our Vision

Capernaum Place exists to be “home” for those who have none—providing stability, family, and faith-filled guidance so young adults thrive, not just survive.

Core Goals

End the immediate housing crisis.

Equip residents with life & career skills.

Surround each young adult with a Christ-centered mentor and church community.
