Mission:

To teach young people how to become good decision makers through mentorship and biblical principles.

It is our promise to provide a nurturing and safe environment for the young people we serve as well as the team of volunteers and staff that work in the ministry.  We believe that these same team members understand that certain precautions must be taken to achieve this culture.  Our onboarding process for new volunteers and annual registration  helps maintain our culture and to affirm our beliefs, policies, and guidelines.  We ask that each staff person and volunteer complete the steps below.  The background check is not to exclude people from volunteering but to eliminate people who have a criminal history against children and families.  Additionally, the TSA security awareness course is a short 30 minute class that the FAA requires all people to take if they have access to flight students.

*No one will be allowed to serve in the ministry until this process is completed*

 

DO NOT start the application process in the Volunteer Portal Until you have acquired all documents in steps 1-3.

 

Step 1: Read the Volunteer Handbook and sign

Step 2: Background Check

  • Complete Background Check Form and submit. 

  • Pay $30 invoice upon completion(emailed)

  • Results will be emailed to you with 24 hours

  • Upload results to volunteer portal

Step 3: TSA Security Awareness

​

Step 4: Once you have received the documents from the steps above, open the Volunteer Portal. You will upload them there.
